You decide; you act; we make sure your file is unarguable.
Findings with photo evidence and standard references, emailed to your installer on your authority with a 14-day response window. That is the only contact we make — no calls, no chasing. Most issues end here; reputable installers fix their work.
If they refuse or don't respond, we prepare the complete complaint pack for you to lodge with the Clean Energy Regulator (for accredited installs) and NSW Fair Trading — including your claim for reimbursement of the inspection cost where the original installer is at fault. We show the way and hand you the file; lodging is yours. The evidence does the talking.
